NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Consumer representatives at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' Spring National Meeting have presented a plan that would require insurers to publicly disclose a variety of data by ZIP code.
Under the proposal, each insurer would report premiums, exposures, cancellations and nonrenewal data, all broken down by ZIP code.
